Abstract

The professionalization of school leaders in Germany has received little attention in research to date. As a result, it is also unclear which conditions for successful school leadership training must be considered. This article aims to provide an overview of such conditions using a scoping review. The results mainly show recommendations and only a few empirically based statements.
