Abstract
So called Youth Employment Agencies are being expanded throughout Germany at the transition from school to vocational training and work. This article looks at how These agencies should be designed in order to make them inclusive and enable greater participation in regular vocational education and training. The focus here is on multi-professional cooperation between the stakeholders based on the needs of the individual.
