DDS – Die Deutsche Schule: Issue Pressure to Innovate from School Development Consultants?

This report examines whether school development consultants have attitudes that could increase the pressure to innovate in schools. Based on previous evidence, we can assume that attitudes influence the counseling process and, therefore, school quality, too. If such attitudes exist, negative effects are to be assumed.
