Abstract
The following contribution provides an overview of the newly designed leadership development program at the Thuringian Institute for Teacher Training, Curriculum Development, and Media (ThILLM). Central to this concept are reflective and self-reflective skills that enable the implementation of salutogenic leadership practices.
