Abstract

Theoretical explorations of societal learning in the context of sustainability are still very fragmented. Central questions as to why, who and how people learn in the context of sustainability have not yet been adequately answered. Against this background, the article attempts to systematize questions relating to an interdisciplinary field of discourse. It also takes an inequality-related perspective on social transformation processes in order to gain access to phenomena of not learning in the context of sustainability.
